This wiki will have the largest single collection of vegan recipes that I know of, and will be ones that have been tried and tested by either of my parents or sometimes even myself.
A lot are adapted from non-vegan recipes, many have murky to straight out unknown origins and initially, I thought recipes were subject to copyright.
After a bit of research, I discovered that they aren't. Well, not quite "they aren't", but that the ingredients/basic instructions are -not- subject to copyright. Swathes of evocative text included with the instructions however, are definitely copyrighted. Thankfully, all of the recipes are very concise, and even include some alternative ideas on some dishes.
So once I have added a few more than 6 recipes, it will probably end up on my website for all to see and download.
